Use it or lose it rides resume on November 4, 2008.
Use It or Lose It is a series of Cascade Bicycle Club night rides that are held in the Kent/Auburn valley area from October to March. The rides are held every Tuesday night at 6:30 PM, unless it is snowing or icy conditions exist on the roads and trails. Rides may also be canceled due to holidays, such as the week between Christmas and New Years Day. You can check the Cascade Bicycle Club Free Ride Listings to find when the next ride will occur.
These free rides are open to all riders, and always start from the parking lot of our friendly local bike shop, Cycle Therapy in Kent, Washington:

Cycle Therapy is open until after our ride departs, if you need any last-minute supplies or accessories.
From points north via Interstate 5:
- Take I-5 south to exit 149, Kent-Des Moines Road (Hwy 516).
- Go Left from exit ramp
- Road becomes Willis Street
- Turn Right at Central Avenue
- Bike shop will be on your right in 2 blocks.
From points south via Interstate 5:
- Take I-5 south to exit 149A, Kent-Des Moines Road (Hwy 516).
- Go Right from exit ramp
- Road becomes Willis Street
- Turn Right at Central Avenue
- Bike shop will be on your right in 2 blocks.
From Hwy 167, north or south:
- Take the Willis Street exit in Kent
- Turn east on Willis Street
- Turn right on Central
- Bike shop will be on your right in 2 blocks.
