Workout 5/10/2010 – Hurricanes!
Hurricanes! 15 x 40 yard uphill sprints, each rep followed by one of the following bodyweight exercises:
- Bodyweight Squats x 15 reps
- Push Ups x 15 reps
- Reverse Lunges x 10 reps/each
- Knees To Elbows (in push up position) x 12 reps/each
- Burpees x 10 reps
Time 18:12.
