Workout 11/21/2009
A little solo workout action on a Saturday morning:
Warm up:
- Front Lunges
- Side Lunges
- Inchworms
2 Rounds of:
- 10 wide-out squats
- 10 v-squats
- 20 seconds high-knee running in place

| Dumbell Squat Jump | 2 x 15 lb | 3 | 12 |
| Blast Strap Scarecrows* | 3 | 12 | |
| Uphill Sprints 50 yards | 1 | 10 | |
*Deceptively hard move for today. Haven’t done these in over a month, and I felt the neglect.
