Workout 11/10/2009
Luka’s back from his visit to Slovenia, and was ready to dish it out last night!
Warmup:
- Forward and Side Lunges,
- Inchworms
- Forward Lunge with side-twist
- Hamstring stretches
- Achilles stretches
- Yoga Pidgeon stretch
- exagerated lunge with side bend
Metabolism kicker, 2 sets of:
- Wide out drops
- V Squats
- High Knee running in place
3 sets of 8×8 alternating single leg box step ups (18 and 24 inch boxes)
Then the workout started!
- 4 sets x 5 reps Strongman Log clean & press
Dumbell Complex:
- Squat to press
- bent-over rows
- romanian deadlift
- Reverse Lunge
Abdominal Work, 30 seconds each of:
- Inchworms
- Pushup position – knee to elbow
- Plank to pushup
- Plank

you always remember more than me – but the dumbell complex also included the russian deadlift? (the lean over w/ body&leg straight)
my left deltoid feels like I got a tetnus shot (not sure if it was the dumbell complex or the log)

You’re right, it was the Romanian Deadlift that I forgot from the Dumbell Complex.
As regards your deltoid, my money is on the log as the culprit.
