Workout 8/31/2009
Closing out the month with Hurricanes, that uphill sprint/bodyweight workout thing that keeps the neighbors SO entertained.
For those that may be joining this blog in progress, I sprint/run/crawl up hill 40 yards, jog/walk/slither back down, and do a particular bodyweight exercise. After every three sprints, I change the bodyweight exercise I’m doing.
If John does 5 different bodyweight exercises and he does each one three times, how many times does he run up the hill? If you answered 15, you can go back to surfing for porn.
- Bodyweight Squats x 15 reps
- Push Ups x 15 reps
- Reverse Lunges x 10 reps/each
- Knees To Elbows (in push up position) x 12 reps/each
- Burpees x 10 reps
Time 19:56. Last time I did this, my time was 21:52. Also notable is that in my distressed state, I misread my cue sheet and did 15 pushups instead of 12. Way to step it up, Calnan.
