Workout 6/19/2009 – Hurricanes!

aka Workout “D” from Luka at Hocevar Performance Gym.  I have no idea why they call them hurricanes, other than I’m completely devastated at the end:

Constant : Sprint 40 yards (up my hill), walk back (fast pace)

In between the runs I have 3 rounds of each:

  • Bodyweight Squats x 15 reps
  • Push Ups x 12 reps
  • Reverse Lunges x 10 reps/each
  • Knees To Elbows (in push up position) x 12 reps/each*

So a total of 12 uphill sprints, with the active rest between of walking back and then doing one of the above exercises, switching the exercise up after 3 times.  Am I clear?  I didn’t think so, but I’m wiped at this point.

Total time: 19 minutes

* This one gets the “Deceptively Hard” award for today.
