Warm-up lunges, with several special hamstring stretches.

4 sets:

  • 15 kettlebell swings 24 kg
  • 10 dumbell clean & press, 2 x 35 lb
  • 6 renegade rows, 35 lb dumbells

3 sets on the Blast Straps:

  • pistols
  • push-ups
  • rows
  • reverse lunges

Finisher: Tabata intervals stepping up on an 18″ box.
