Workout partner Lee got hung up at work last night, so I “benefited” by having 100% of trainer Luka’s attention. No slacking for John…
Warm-up lunges, with several special hamstring stretches.
4 sets:
- 15 kettlebell swings 24 kg
- 10 dumbell clean & press, 2 x 35 lb
- 6 renegade rows, 35 lb dumbells
3 sets on the Blast Straps:
- pistols
- push-ups
- rows
- reverse lunges
Finisher: Tabata intervals stepping up on an 18″ box.
