Workout 3/31/2009

A little kettlebell action in the man-cave tonight.  Stretchy-warm-up stuff, then:

4 sets of:

  • 20 x kb swings w/24kg kettlebell
  • 15 double kettlebell deadlifts w/ 2 x 20 kg kettlebells
  • 10 kettlebell rows R & L

3 sets of:

  • 5 Negative pull-ups w/assist band
  • 5 Turkish Get-Ups R & L, 16 kg kettlebell

Dinner smelled better than another group of exercises, so I stopped here.  Bad John.
