Workout 2/26/2009
Decided to spin tonight, and instead of a quick set of intervals I went for HIT 1A:

Spin-ups to warm up (3 sets),then 3 sets of Individual Leg Training (ILT’s). Left leg first. As you can see, I have to work way less for the right leg to do the same amount of work. Finished with standing for 10 minutes, then spin-out for 5.
Max HR 173, and according to my heart rate monitor I burned the equivalent of a pint of Ben & Jerry’s. If only I had eaten one, I’d be free and clear!
