a veritable kettlebell potpourri:

3 sets:
20 1 arm swings R & L, 16 kg
10 pushups

3 sets:
10 Front kettlebell presses, 20 kg
10 body weight rows
10 sumo deadlifts w/24 kg kettlebell

3 sets:
Figure 8 to a hold, 16 kg

1 set:
5 windmills R&L, 12 kg

3 sets:
5 kb snatches, R & L, 16 kg
