Kettlebell day:

3 sets of:
10 Sumo Deadlifts w/2 20kg kettlebells
10 2 hand kettlebell swings, 20 kg
Plank for 30 seconds

3 sets of:
5 x 1/2 Turkish GetUps (with the pelvic pump action, woo-hoo)
10 Russian Twist holding 12 kg kettlebell
10 Body weight rows

2 sets of ladders, 1 -> 5 reps:
kettlebell clean & press Right & Left, 16 kg kettlebell
pushups
