Spin interval night:
12 minutes of warmup (spin-up 50 -> 100 rpm, increasing 5 rpm every 60 seconds), then
5 sets of 60 second sprints, followed by 120 seconds active recovery.
171 max tonight on the heart rate monitor (twice). The peaks above are 167, 169, 171, 171, and 170 beats per minute.
