Kettlebell day:
3 sets of:
12 Sumo Squats w/2 20kg kettlebells
12 1 arm kettlebell swings, Right & Left, 16 kg
Plank for 30 seconds
3 sets of:
5 x 1/2 Turkish GetUps (with the pelvic pump action, woo-hoo)
20 seconds Russian Twist holding 12 kg kettlebell
10 x 1 arm rows Right & Left with 20 kg kettlebell, holding a 16 in the “resting” hand
3 sets of:
5 kettlebell clean & press Right & Left, 20 kg kettlebell*
*this was a “push”, I think I need to do some 16 kg’s at higher reps before attempting again.
