Do the Hokey-Pokey
I sometimes get an over-use irritation in my right knee. This week it was 65 miles (including 218th Ave hill), plus a lot of heavy wheelbarrow loads of beauty bark up and down the hill alongside my house. When aggravated, it is painful to push too hard on the pedals, and going up and down stairs causes a twinge.
I went today and had an accupuncture treatment for my left knee. The needles you see here are in my right elbow. I had two more in my right knee and one in my left big toe.
Yes, I feel better now than I did this morning.

Who’s doing the poking?

Accupuncturist from Healthpoint CHC. Group Health covers alternative medicine, so it’s just an office visit co-pay.

Oh, I’m sorry. I thought you said, “hokum-poke-em”.
