		<description>Excellent observations to be sure. However, you did fail to note one glaring difference between HIT and Spin. All of the Spin classes I have attended featured much cuter instructors and they tended to not resemble red, fuming, sweat soaked, steaming specimens of humanity after the session is done. In fact, many of the Spin instructors feature make up, very nice, form fitting work out gear, nicely done hair, they shave and wear their tops throughout the session (not always a good thing) and they aren&#039;t nearly as disheveled or hairy as the leader(s) of HIT.</description>
