Paris-Brest-Paris 2007

The 16th edition of the epic randonneur ride Paris-Brest-Paris is complete. Thousands of cyclists from all over the world converge on France once every four years to ride 1,200 kilometers (745 miles) in less than 90 hours.

No, I did not go. I’m not “there yet”, maybe in 2011. A couple of my cycling-friends did though… Albert Meerscheidt and Peter Beeson both participated, and both finished in what I hear was some pretty nasty weather.

August in Paris

Congratulations to Albert, Peter, and all the rando’s that participated, and finished, PBP. I can’t quite ride like you, but I’m better for having ridden with you once or twice.
