John’s Ramblings

While not officially a part of John’s Gauntlet, Mother’s Day (May 14th, guys!) represents a day where I usually end up scrambling for a gift with minutes to spare.

A wiser man would probably take advantage of the one-day sale at my sister’s quilting business, Hen House Quilts. On May 6th from 9 to 2 PM, she’ll have several quilts for sale that she’s pre-made. There are large sizes as well as smaller “baby” quilts, perfect for the mother-to-be, or new mom. If only I’d been this clever when I was a younger man!
