A sure sign that the weather is improving

I was looking at my hand this morning, trying to figure out how I got a bruise on the back of the hand, but it didn’t hurt at all. Then it occurred to me that this was actually my first bizarre bicycle suntan of the season, gained while riding the Daffodil Classic yesterday in full sunshine! The tanned area corresponds to the open area on the back of my cycling gloves. tan sopt

Can the other markings of the season be far behind? Like the superior tan that you get on the tops of your knees, the reverse-raccoon you get from wearing sunglasses, the arms tanned from wrist to mid-bicep, or the ever popular sock-line?
